Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
The TinyVerse Curriculum is Applebees’ proprietary early learning framework designed to nurture a child’s mind, body, confidence, creativity, and healthy habits during the most important early years.
Aligned with NEP 2020, TinyVerse blends play-based learning, structured academics, physical development, communication skills, creative expression, and age-appropriate oral health awareness to support holistic child development.
Yes. The TinyVerse Curriculum is fully aligned with NEP 2020, especially the Foundational Stage (ages 3–6). It focuses on experiential learning, language and numeracy foundations, physical development, social-emotional learning, life skills, and health awareness — all core recommendations of NEP 2020.
Most preschool programs focus only on academics and play. TinyVerse goes further by integrating four essential pillars along with health-conscious habits that children carry for life:
- CuriousMind – Language, early literacy, numeracy, and thinking skills
- FitBody – Physical development through the BeeFit program
- BraveHeart – Confidence and communication through TinyTalks
- CreativeSoul – Art, music, storytelling, and imagination
- HealthySmile (Integrated) – Early oral hygiene awareness and healthy habits
This balanced approach ensures children grow academically capable, physically active, emotionally confident, and health-aware.
Yes. TinyVerse builds strong foundations in literacy and numeracy using phonics-based learning, early writing readiness, and hands-on math concepts. Academic learning is age-appropriate, engaging, and free from pressure or rote memorization.
Physical development is a core focus through BeeFit, Applebees’ signature movement program. BeeFit improves balance, coordination, posture, strength, and focus through daily structured movement.
Children who move well are more attentive, confident, and ready to learn.
TinyTalks is Applebees’ signature communication and confidence-building program. Through show-and-tell, storytelling, role play, group discussions, and guided expression, children develop clear speech, emotional expression, listening skills, and confidence from an early age.
Oral health is integrated naturally into the TinyVerse Curriculum as part of healthy habit formation.
Children are introduced to:
- Toothbrushing awareness through stories, songs, and demonstrations
- Understanding good food vs. tooth-unfriendly food choices
- Basic oral hygiene routines and self-care habits
- Confidence and comfort during dental conversations
These activities are designed to be age-appropriate, fun, and non-clinical, helping children develop a HealthySmile mindset early in life.
Early childhood is when lifelong habits are formed. Introducing oral health awareness early:
- Reduces fear associated with dental care
- Encourages daily hygiene routines
- Supports overall health and well-being
- Builds confidence and self-care skills
By integrating oral health into daily learning, TinyVerse supports whole-child wellness, not just academics.
Through daily interactions, group activities, TinyTalks sessions, and guided play, children learn:
- Emotional expression and self-regulation
- Empathy, sharing, and teamwork
- Leadership and social confidence
This helps children feel secure, heard, and confident in group settings.
Yes. TinyVerse supports visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and experiential learners. Children learn through movement, storytelling, hands-on exploration, art, music, and real-life routines — ensuring every child finds their way to learn and succeed.
Assessment is continuous and observation-based, not exam-driven. Teachers observe progress across:
- Academic readiness
- Physical coordination
- Communication and confidence
- Social-emotional growth
- Healthy habit awareness (including hygiene routines)
Parents receive regular, meaningful updates focused on growth and development.
By the end of Kindergarten (UKG), children are prepared academically, socially, and emotionally. They are able to:
- Read and write age-appropriate words and sentences
- Understand early math concepts
- Follow routines independently
- Communicate confidently
- Practice basic self-care and hygiene habits
This ensures a smooth, confident transition into Grade 1
Through our Flex Care / Daycare program, TinyVerse extends beyond classroom hours with structured play, rest, enrichment, and continued habit reinforcement — offering both peace of mind for parents and continuity for children.
No. TinyVerse avoids academic pressure and does not involve clinical or medical procedures. Oral health and learning are introduced through stories, play, discussions, and age-appropriate awareness activities, keeping the experience positive and stress-free.
