With a strong foundation in dentistry and global exposure to modern preventive care, Dr. Afsha brings a thoughtful, health-first perspective to early childhood education. Her clinical experience across India and the Middle East, along with advanced international certifications, shaped her understanding of how early habits influence lifelong wellbeing.
Beyond her professional journey, Dr. Afsha’s role as a mother deeply shaped her vision. It strengthened her belief that early learning environments must nurture not only cognitive development, but also emotional security, healthy routines, and confidence.
This philosophy led to the creation of AppleBees Preschools. Under her leadership, the preschool is designed as a warm, structured, and child-centric space where learning is supported by care, preventive health awareness, movement, and meaningful engagement. With over a decade of leadership experience across wealth management, financial services, banking, and real estate, the Founder & CEO of AppleBees Preschools brings a strategic and purpose-driven perspective to early childhood education.
His professional journey in marketing and business development has been deeply rooted in understanding families — how parents make decisions, build trust, and choose institutions that shape their children’s earliest years. This insight inspired a larger mission: to reimagine preschool education as a space where learning, wellbeing, and character development grow together.
